Workman RoomThis supportive group is designed to nurture the body and mind for seniors experiencing memory changes & their caregivers. The focus is on connection in a relaxed environment No Registration Required.
Each session includes gentle stretching, engaging cognitive games, and rhythmic music-making with drums and Boomwhackers.
Join us for connection, stimulation, and fun in a relaxed, community-centered environment.
For anyone facing Cognitive Impairment such as Dementia, Alzheimer's or Parkinson's or other neurological disorders AND their Care Partner looking for socialization, reminiscing, and connection.
Free for participants. Community donations accepted.
