Refresh your closet without spending a dime! Bring gently used clothing you’re ready to part with and swap it for something new-to-you. Registration required.

Ready to clean out your closet and give your clothes a second life? The Effingham Public Library is hosting a Clothing Swap in the Workman Room!

Bring clean, gently used clothing that you no longer wear and enjoy browsing items brought by others. It’s a fun, budget-friendly way to update your wardrobe, try something different, and keep perfectly good clothing in circulation.

Please bring only items that are clean and in good condition.

Participants may only bring 20 items.

Registration is required for those that give away clothes.

Registrants who bring clothing items, please take any unchosen items home with you.

The public is welcome to browse the clothing. Registration is only required for those who plan to donate clothes.
