EHS’s newest music ensemble is comprised of 15 singers ranging in age from Sophomores to Seniors and is led by Choral Director, Michael Lambton. The group meets twice a week during their lunch hour for 25 minutes. In that time they cover the basics of jazz repertoire, proper technique specialized for jazz, and they make music just for the fun of it.
The “Lunch Bunch” will be performing six songs, which will range from jazz standards by George Gershwin to Cole Porter, and other repertoire by jazz composer Matt Faulker and Manhattan Transfer. This will be their second performance and they are excited to get out into the community and grow as a group.
