Sweet Dreams and Bright Futures!!

Join us for a cozy, fun-filled story time as we discover how healthy sleep habits help us grow, learn, feel our best, and succeed every day! Through engaging stories and activities, children ages 5–12 will explore the importance of a good night’s sleep and how bedtime routines can make a positive difference in everyday life. A healthy bed time snack will be provided. 

Wear your favorite pajamas and bring your favorite stuffed animal for a story time full of sweet dreams and big discoveries! 🧸💤
